| 内容記述 | 本研究では，認知症高齢者の暴力に相当する行為に対するデイサービス，介護療養型病院，介護老人保健施設に勤務する看護師の思い明らかにした。対象は研究参加に同意が得られた３名である。分析方法には質的統合法（ＫＪ法）を用い，個別分析の後にマトリクスを作成して比較，検討を行った。結果，暴力に相当する行為の実態には身体的暴力，言語的暴力，セクシャルハラスメントの３形式があり，意図的暴力と回避的暴力の２種類があった。研究参加者全員はその行為を「感情の表出」と捉えていた。また「暴力被害と高医療依存度利用者のケアの重荷」「暴力被害と患者家族との関係悪化による負担」「若いスタッフのより強い暴力被害の影響」「暴力被害を看護師の過失にされそうな不安」があった。患者・利用者の不快を示すサインに気づかず，業務中心の意識のもとでケアをすることから発生していた。ベテラン看護師の配置や教育・研修の実施は喫緊の課題といえる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study clarified the thoughts of nurses working at a day service, along-term care hospital, and a geriatric health care facility regarding on acts tantamount to violence in the older patients with dementia. The subjects were three people who gave consent to participate in the study. The qualitative synthesis method (KJ method) was used for analysis. After individual analysis, a matrix was created for comparison and examination. The results showed three forms of acts equivalent to violence: physical, verbal, and sexual harassment, two types of violence: intentional violence and avoidance violence. All of the study participants viewed the acts tantamount to violence as an “expression of emotion.” And “tantamount to violence damage and high medical dependence the burden of user care,” “relationship deterioration with patients' families,” “younger staff members experiencing worse acts tantamount to violence than the experienced staff members,” and “anxiety that acts tantamount to violence was allegedly caused by negligence.” It was caused by not noticing the patient/user's signs and providing care based on a work-oriented awareness. | |||||
