| 内容記述 | A major disaster is occurring frequently, and the prolonged stay in evacuation shelters has raised concernsaboutdisaster-related deaths. It has been recognized that recreational activities in evacuation shelters are effective as one of the measures to prevent this. When implementing such activities, it is important to be mindful of noise issues so as not to cause stress to other evacuees. Communicating the purpose while seeking understanding from fellow evacuees and encouraging participation is desirable. In preparation, considerations such as hand sanitization, mask wearing for preventing infectious diseases, providing water for hydration, and ensuring prompt hydration to prevent sudden changes in health are necessary. It is also essential to be aware of and provide support for emergency shelters in case of sudden health changes. In terms of content, it has been found desirable to incorporate recreational activities that involve physical contact and elements of group play for mental care. Additionally, including exercises that use muscles to prevent sedentary lifestyle diseases, including economy class syndrome, is recommended. |

| 内容記述 | 大きな災害が頻発し、避難所生活は長期化するため災害関連死が問題となっている。それを予防する策の一つとして避難所におけるレクリエーションが有効であることがわかった。取り組む際には他の避難者のストレスとならないよう音問題に気を付けながら取り組む必要があるが、他の避難者の理解を得たり、参加希望者が出たりするよう目的を伝えながら取り組むことが望まれる。準備としては、感染症等の予防のための手指消毒やマスク着用など、体調急変予防のための水分の用意やこまめな水分補給等、体調急変への対応のための救護所の事前把握やサポート役の帯同等の配慮が必要である。内容としては、心のケアにつながるよう身体接触・複数人で遊びの要素を含ませたり、エコノミークラス症候群を含む生活不活発病を予防するよう筋肉を使う運動をしたりするレクリエーションを取り入れることが望ましいとわかった。 | |||||
