It has been recognized that recreational activities in evacuation shelters are effective as one of the measures to prevent this. When implementing such activities, it is important to be mindful of noise issues so as not to cause stress to other evacuees. Communicating the purpose while seeking understanding from fellow evacuees and encouraging participation is desirable. \nIn preparation, considerations such as hand sanitization, mask wearing for preventing infectious diseases, providing water for hydration, and ensuring prompt hydration to prevent sudden changes in health are necessary. It is also essential to be aware of and provide support for emergency shelters in case of sudden health changes. In terms of content, it has been found desirable to incorporate recreational activities that involve physical contact and elements of group play for mental care.
