| 内容記述 | In this study, I considered the role of school lunch and its implications by considering the historical transition of school lunch. As a result, it became clear that the current school lunch has a role as education, but the role of school lunch as a measure against poverty is still required. |

| 内容記述 | 本論文では、学校給食の歴史的変遷を追いながら給食のもつ役割とその意義の変化について考察を行った。 その結果、現在の学校給食は教育としての意味合いが付与され、その点を重視した施策が行われているが、役目を終えたと考えられている貧困対策としての学校給食の役割が今でも求められているという実態が明らかになった。 |
