| 内容記述 | In Japan, it is predicted that the population of the person requiring care will follow a tendency of the increase in future. The house form is enriched in a variety of "welfare facility" The qualification of social work duties and the requirements of the type of job are not clear. I studied actual situation grasp and task analysis for s social worker with the staff who did crisis control. As a result, I suggest structure guaranteeing a skill depending on systematization and duties of the social work to attach great importance to correspondence of the psychological consultation from a person requiring care. |

| 内容記述 | 日本において、要介護者の人口は、今後も増加の傾向をたどることが予測される。その多様な「住まい」において住居形態は充実しつつあるが、そこで要となる生活相談業務における資格と職種は、いまだ明確ではない。本研究は、危機管理をすべき職員と生活相談員を対象に、実態を把握し課題をさぐることを目的とした。その結果、要介護者からの心理的相談の対応を重視するソーシャルワークの体系化と業務に応じたスキルを保証する仕組みを示唆する。 | |||||
