| 内容記述 | This research considered whether the "meal support" by learning of knowledge of home-ec, technology, formation of leadership and behavioral science susceptibility practice was useful for care worker's student as the education which carries a need of care a person. The student's "scarcity of" the experience in actual life is here for grasping the factor which doesn't lead to the practice ability and looking for the learning method. The Asahikawa University junior college department living department student who doesn't have experience in actual life secured enough time and took home-ec in from comparison of the preceding study, and experience of rational and scientific knowledge led to living essential understanding. And it was an educational problem however effectively whether care worker's leadership was being given. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、介護福祉士をめざす学生に対し、生活支援技術科目に含むべき事項として挙げられている「自立に向けた食事の支援（おいしく食べることを支える支援）」に重点を置いた学習が、要介護者の食生活支援を担うための知識・技術・指導力の形成を促すにあたり有用となるかについて検討した。また、先行研究において学生の「生活経験の乏しさ」が、実践能力に繋がらない理由として指摘されていることから、旭川大学短期大学部生活学科生活福祉専攻（以下、本専攻という）学生と比較を行い、学習課題要因の修得方法を探ることを目的にした。その結果、生活経験の浅い本専攻学生に対し十分な時間を確保し、合理的で科学的な知識を経験する行動科学感受性演習を取り入れた食支援調理実習は、生活の本質を理解することに繋がることが明らかになった。しかし、介護福祉士としての到達点となる指導力は未熟であり、今後どのように効果的にあげていくかが教育課題として浮き彫りになった。 | |||||
