| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine the teaching methods of the persons who completed the training course for nursing care worker practical training instructor and explore the problem. As a result, care workers are required to support life support and staff according to the mental and physical condition based on the grounds. On the other hand, the problem of acquisition of appropriate teaching method became clear. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、介護福祉士実習指導者講習会修了者の指導方法を検証し課題を探ることである。その結果、介護福祉士には、根拠に基づく心身の状況に応じた生活支援や職員を教育する必要が求められる。他方、その適切な教授方法の習得という課題が明らかとなった。 | |||||
