| 内容記述 | In this article, I considered influence on the agriculture in Hokkaido to suffer by FTA/EPA agreement with Japan and Australia If tariffs of agricultural produces are abolished by FTA/EPA agreements, main exports of Australia compete with main agricultural products of Hokkaido. The agriculture in Hokkaido may suffer a crushing blow, and the food self-support rate falls to 30%. After 1990's, Australia is attacked by 3 degrees drought and imports main cereals. The food security to depend on the other countries for most of the food is extremely dangerous. In EPA negotiations with Australia, The Japanese Government must have strong diplomacy power to protect the tariff of important agricultural products and protect the food of the nation. | |||||
