| 内容記述 | 本稿は、児童養護施設における施設職員の専門性に関する先行研究の検討を通して施設職員の専門性におけるまだ着目されてないところを明らかにし、今後の課題として提示している。児童養護施設の施設職員の専門性に関する先行研究の検討から２つを指摘している。第１に、児童養護施設の施設職員の専門性に関する研究が少ないことである。第２に、施設職員の専門性はどのように形成されているのか、そのプロセスはまだ解明されていない。これらの指摘を踏まえて本研究では、児童養護施設の施設職員の専門性の形成のプロセスを力量形成過程として捉え、そのプロセスを明らかにするために欧米の成人教育理論の視点から「実践の場」である「日常」における「インフォーマル・エデュケーション」へ注目することを提示している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper clarifies the points that have not yet been paid attention to the specialty of facility staff through the examination of previous research on the specialty of facility staff in Children's home and presents it as a future task. Two points are pointed out from the examination of the previous research on the specialty of the staff of the Children's home. First, there is little research on the expertise of facility staff in Children's home. Second, the process of how the expertise of facility staff is formed has not yet been elucidated. Based on these points, in this study, the process of forming the specialty of facility staff is regarded as the process of competence formation, and to clarify the process, it is a “place of practice” from the viewpoint of adult education theory .It presents attention to “In-formal education” in “Daily life”. | |||||
