| 内容記述 | This article is a report of the current situations of six people with developmental disabilities. Semistructured interviews on their employment and working environment were conducted, recorded, and then analyzed, based on quotative research methods. I have concluded that they are able to work with the support from their workplace. They spend their income as they like and enjoy life doing their hobbies. They work hard for their spiritual well-being and in order to buy things they want for their personal life. However, I saw a gap between the work they are currently doing and the work they wanted to do. Also, they tend to keep company with the people they know, which tends to be the users and support staff in their group home. In this interview, I focused on the achievements in employment, working environment and spiritual welfare of the people with developmental disabilities and I reconfirm the significance of livelihood support for those people. |

| 内容記述 | 本稿では障害者雇用枠で就労している発達障害者６名について、就労および生活に関する半構造化インタビューを行い、言語データを収集し質的研究法に基づき分析を行った。 結果として、就労先の支援を受けつつ担当業務に勤しんでいること。得た収入で自らの趣味活動を楽しんでいること。将来得たい物品、精神的満足感のために努力していることが把握できた。 他方で、現在就いている業務と就きたかった業務との乖離。仲の良い人は、共同生活援助（グループホーム）内の利用者と支援職員に限定されている現状も浮かび上がった。 |
