Semistructured interviews on their employment and working environment were conducted, recorded, and then analyzed, based on quotative research methods.\nI have concluded that they are able to work with the support from their workplace. They spend their income as they like and enjoy life doing their hobbies. They work hard for their spiritual well-being and in order to buy things they want for their personal life.\nHowever, I saw a gap between the work they are currently doing and the work they wanted to do.
