| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to understand the nutritional status of the elderly at home, and conducted a malnutrition survey using MNA-SF on 488 elderly people aged 65 and over living in the Nagayama area of Asahikawa City. As a result, undernutrition, dietary loss, and weight loss were observed in about 30% of the elderly at home. It was confirmed that undernutrition is associated with various symptoms such as dementia and calf circumference. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、在宅高齢者の栄養状態を把握することを目的として、旭川市永山地域に在宅する65歳以上の高齢者488人を対象に、MNA-SFによる低栄養調査を実施した。結果、約３割の在宅高齢者に低栄養や食事、体重の減少がみられ、低栄養は認知症やふくらはぎの周囲などを含め諸症状が関係していることが確認された。 | |||||
