 note = {Due to work style reforms in schools, school sports club activities, which is the primary factor in teachers' long working hours, must change. There is a need to shift to regional sports clubs at the same time as reducing school sports club activity time, but there are many areas where regional sports clubs do not exist, and little progress has been made. Therefore, in this study, we actually established and collaborated with basketball clubs to promote the establishment of regional sports clubs in collaboration with school sports club activities, and investigated what kind of results and issues would be obtained.
When there was no regional sports club, I heard many negative opinions about the school sports club activities of athletes and parents, but after the establishment, there were many positive opinions about both.
It was also found that when establishing the facility, activities targeting a wider range of ages, from infants to high school students, as well as junior high school students are required.
However, as a concern for school staff, there was a strong concern that school sports club activity instructors who concurrently support club activities and regional sports clubs could lead to long-term activities and excessive guidance.
It turns out that we need to keep these points in mind.
It is also possible to collaborate with university sports club. I would like to make it a future research topic., 学校における働き方改革により、教員の長時間労働の一番の要因となっている部活動は変わっていかなくてはならない。部活動時間削減と同時に地域スポーツクラブへの移行が求められているが、地域スポーツクラブが存在しない地域も多く、ほとんど進んでいない。そのためこの研究では、部活動と連携した地域スポーツクラブの設立が促進されるよう、実際にバスケットボールクラブを設立・連携し、どのような成果や課題が出るのか調査した。
地域スポーツクラブがない時は、選手や保護者の部活動に対する否定的な意見を多く聞いていたが、設立はどちらへも肯定的な意見が多くなった。また設立する際には中学生だけでなく、幼児から高校生といった、より幅広い年齢を対象とした活動が求められることもわかった。
ただ学校関係者が抱える懸念としては、部活動指導員が部活動と地域スポーツクラブを兼務すると、長時間活動や行き過ぎた指導につながる懸念を強く抱いていた。そこも念頭に置く必要があることがわかった。
また大学の部活動と連携していくことも考えられるため、それは今後の研究課題としたい。},
