University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,精神看護学実習における看護学生の睡眠時間と実習記録の取り組みおよび充実感との関連を明らかにし,実習中の睡眠時間の改善に向けた教育的介入に示唆を得ることを目的としている。\n精神看護学実習を終了した3・4年生61名を対象に質問紙調査を実施し,そのうち協力を得られた25名の学生にインタビュー調査を実施した。結果,睡眠時間が少ない学生ほど実習記録に難しさを感じているが,精神看護に対する興味は,他の睡眠時間群に比べると高くなっていることが明らかとなった。しかし,この興味の差異については,十分な睡眠時間を確保できない学生の多くが,睡眠時間を確保できている学生に比べて,実習以前の興味度が低かったことが考えられ,このことが実習後の興味度の幅に影響したと推察できる。つまり,精神看護への興味の低さから学習意欲に繋がらない学生であっても,直接対象者と向き合うことにより精神看護に対する興味が持てるようになる。しかし,実習以前の興味の低さから事前学習の不足が生じ,そのため知識が十分とは言えず実習記録を思うようにまとめることができない。その結果,記録に時間を要し睡眠時間の確保が難しくなると考えられる。\n早期の段階から,精神看護に対して興味を持てるような教育的介入がその後の学習効果を高め,結果として実習中のストレスを回避し睡眠時間の確保に繋がることが示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"旭川大学保健福祉学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12396607","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18837247","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"吉澤,
