Compared to the same grade students in other universities, the 1st-grade students: in the literacy, "information gathering", "information analysis" and "problem finding", etc. tended to be high but "planning" tended to be low; in the competency, "affinity" and "cooperativity", etc. as interpersonal skill elements tended to be low. The 2nd-grade students: in the literacy, elements generally tended to be low; in the competency, "durability" (self-management skill elements) and "practical ability" (problem-solving skill elements) tended to be high.
