The purpose is understood, but the professor method and record style have a difference at care worker training school. Because instruction methods were not unified to the training leader who accepted a student either, a feeling of burden on care worker training school to support originality produced it. Therefore the researcher of the care worker training school teacher made the teachers' textbook of the care process to be able to perform the training education that a leader was common to for a student. We did questionary survey to the training leader of the facilities which used this teachers' textbook in the A city and a suburban area to measure the utilization. As a result, the training leader of approximately 70% utilized the teachers' textbook of the care process. And the training leader answered it that this teachers' textbook was useful. On the other hand, the cooperation of a care worker training school teacher and the training leader is necessary. We were able to suggest a problem to have to confirm the transmission of the aim and important point item together in teaching a care process., 介護過程は、利用者の望むより良い生活の実現を目指し、根拠ある介護を展開するための思考過程であり、介護福祉士養成においての中核科目である。その目的は理解されつつも、教授方法や記録様式には介護福祉士養成校で差異があり、学生を受け入れる実習指導者にも、その独自性へ対応する負担感が生じていた。そこで実習指導者が、学生に対し共通した実習教育を行えるよう介護福祉士養成校教員の有志は、介護過程の指導書を作成した。 その活用度を測るため、A市内および近郊地域の介護福祉士養成校と実習契約を結び、かつ作成した指導書を導入している施設の実習指導者にアンケート調査を実施した。 その結果、約7割の実習指導者は、介護過程の指導書を活用していた。そして、この指導書は、学生指導をする上で、介護過程のねらいを理解できる内容であるとの回答があった。他方、自由記述からは、指導書のさらなる活用に向け養成校教員と指導者との連携、教授方法の伝達など共通認識への課題についても示唆を得た。}, pages = {27--35}, title = {介護過程の教授方法に関する指導書の活用について : 介護実習指導者への調査から見えた現状と課題}, year = {2019}, yomi = {ヒラノ, ケイスケ and アシハラ, ナオコ and イワムラ, マナブ and サトウ, メグミ and タナカ, ヤスヨ and ナガヤ, アツシ and ホンマ, ミユキ and ミヤシタ, フミエ} }
