The aim of this survey is two points. First,it is to grasp elderly person's mental and physical situation and social relationship, subjective health view and activities that we are doing now, Second, it is to acquire the suggestion of future regional development, supporting for nursing care prevention, and running the salon. As a result, ① it is an area that occupies 52.6% of late elderly people, and 70 to 74 years old accounts for 23.7% of the total, and after several years the latter-stage elderly will be 71.1% of the total. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the way of service that you can live in your home even if you need care prevention or nursing care. ② Among the elderly people with diseases requiring regular hospital visits, the proportion of people suffering from hypertension, exerciser disease, dyslipidemia and diabetes, which are the causes of need of long-term care, was high. It is necessary to support for prevention of disease and prevention of deterioration. ③ we noticed that the rate of elderly person who correspond motility is 37.8%. Of course, there is relationship that the rate of suffering musculoskeletal disease is high grade, and we cannot deny it. But,we should intervene to avoid the situation that we need a care. ④ we noticed that the rate of elderly person who suspected to be a dementia and dementia reserve army 39.3%.
