University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，看護系大学生の臨地実習におけるインシデント発生の実態とインシデントに対する学生の認識を明らかにする目的で，臨地実習を経験しているA大学看護学科の学生２～４年生を対象に２０１４年７～８月に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。主な調査内容はインシデントに対する認識，インシデント経験の有無と内容，インシデント回避に向けた今後の対策とした。得られたデータは量的・質的記述分析を行った。調査票配布数１８９部，回収率５９.３％，有効回答率５２.４％であった。インシデントの発生状況は調査協力者９９名中４４件，学年別では実習経験の多い上級学年ほど発生件数が多い傾向を示した。具体的には「転倒・転落」「与薬」「学生の単独行動による看護ケア」が多かった。インシデントに対する認識で高い割合を示した内容はストッパーやセンサーのつけ忘れ，学生単独による看護ケア，個人情報の取り扱いに関することで，いずれも発生件数の多い内容であった。インシデント防止策では，インシデント経験の有無を問わず共通することは「事前の確認」と「報告・連絡・相談」であった。インシデント経験者は経験の振り返りから得られた分析内容を示していた。一方，インシデント未経験者は経験者に比べ具体性に欠けるものの，インシデント発生の情報共有から得た内容を意識し幅広い視点で対策を挙げていた。インシデント発生の情報はより具体的な内容の共有を今後も継続し，疑似体験レベルで認識することがインシデントの発生防止に役立つと考える。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"旭川大学保健福祉学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12396607","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18837247","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"細野,
