 note = {In the summer of 2015, we conducted a large-scale employment survey for the graduates in junior college of the Asahikawa university ( Life Science Department : Life and Welfare Major ; Food Nutrition Major, Early Childhood Education Department ) for the first time in the history of our university. The number of subjects to be surveyed was 1,358 people who graduated in 2001-2015, but the valid recovery rates of the questionnaire was 18.0% and the number of actual analysis was 245. According to this survey, it was revealed that : half of the graduates were away from the first-time job ; one in three people left the company within three years after joining. Furthermore, the prime reason for leaving was "human relations in the workplace" except "Marriage, pregnancy and childbirth."},
