The main reasons for retirement are marriage, physical or mental failure, and human relationships in the workplace.\n 2)While 86.3% of them feel challenging to work, 80.3% of them have ever wanted to quit their jobs. However, in the case of our graduates, social welfare facility workers tend to want to quit their jobs stronger than children related workers.\n 3)Those who are reemployed, the rate of child-care work decreases, and conversely the rate of employment in general work increases.
