| 内容記述 | In 2023, the author became the coach of the women's basketball team at a national university. At that time, I taught based on coordination theory and introduced it not only to practice but also to body manipulation and tactics. I then prepared to practice offense, defense, and rebounds using coordination theory in games. At the league that was the culmination of the year, the team's stats were compared before and after I took office. On offense, the average score increased by 18.0 points from 7th place to 4th place. On defense, the average points lost decreased by 14.7 points from 6th place to 3rd place. The rebounds increased by 9.7 from 7th place to 2nd place. From this, it was found that consistently introducing coordination theory into practice, body manipulation, and tactics can have a great effect even at national universities where it is difficult to strengthen. Due to its characteristic of approaching the nerves, coordination theory has been adopted before muscles grow from preschool to junior high school generation. However, it has only begun to be done in practice, and has hardly been developed into teaching methods, body manipulation, and tactics. We propose the importance of incorporating it holistically so that it is not limited to practice alone, but is consistent with teaching, body manipulation, and tactics. |

| 内容記述 | 2023年より、筆者は国立大学の女子バスケットボール部のコーチに就任した。その際コーディネーション理論に基づいて指導し、練習だけでなく身体操作や戦術にも導入した。そしてコーディネーション理論を応用したオフェンス・ディフェンス・リバウンドを試合で実践できるよう準備した。そして年度の集大成となる大会にて、就任前後での本チームのスタッツを比較した。 オフェンスは平均得点が７位から４位と18.0点増加した。ディフェンスは平均失点が６位から３位と 14.7点減少した。リバウンドは７位から２位と 9.7本増加した。このことからコーディネーション理論を練習、身体操作及び戦術に一貫して導入することは、強化できない国立大学でも大きな効果が得られることがわかった。 コーディネーション理論は神経にアプローチする特徴から、筋肉が成長前の幼少期から中学生世代でも取り入れられている。しかしそれは練習で行われ始めているだけで、指導の仕方や身体操作そして戦術にまではほとんど発展していない。練習だけといった限定的ではなく指導や身体操作や 戦術までの一貫指導となるよう全体的に取り入れる重要性を提言する。 |
