University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では，本学看護学士課程基礎看護技術教授活動の方向性の検討を目的に，「看護モデル・コア・カリキュラム」（以下看護コアカリ）と，「看護学士課程教育におけるコアコンピテンシーと卒業時到達目標」（以下コアコンピテンシー）を概観した。併せて本学基礎看護学科目群が，コアコンピテンシーに基づくカリキュラムにつながっているかの視点で考察した。看護コアカリからは他の医療職の役割をも理解し，柔軟な連携の基盤となる知識とコミュニケーション能力，問題解決を導く発想力を活かし育む取り組みが要請されていると導いた。コアコンピテンシーは厚生労働省指定規則と同様に時代の変化に対応する基盤となる能力，地域に目を向けた内容等変更を加えながら発展を続けている。「積み上げていく指導」および継続的な自己研鑽や生涯学習をする力を養うには，初年次からの教員の関わりや働きかけが重要であることを導いた。基礎看護学科目群の対照では，コミュニケーション能力向上のための教育強化，臨床判断能力や倫理的判断・行動に必要な基礎的能力を養う実践的な演習が一層必要となると導いた。根拠に基づく看護技術の習得には都度，学習者のレディネスを考慮し，主体的な学習行動を促す教材・授業づくりを必要とする。教員－学習者間，学習者同士の双方向のアクティブラーニングを活用し，心理的安全を約束したうえでのシミュレーション教育，一層の
