University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究の背景は次の３点である。１点目は，沖縄県は子どもの相対的貧困率が全国で最も高いことである。２点目は，沖縄県の児童・生徒の学力はかつて全国で低位であったが，現在は学力向上の取組みにより全国中位まで向上していることである。３点目は，沖縄県における子どもの貧困や学びの保障については，沖縄県特有の地域事情や教育・文化環境などの地理的条件が大きく影響していることである。\n研究の目的は，子どもの貧困状態を解消できていない状況下において，学力向上をはじめとする教育格差の是正と学びの保障の取組み及び成果を調査・分析して，子どもの貧困と学力との関連及びその構造を明らかにすることである。さらに，子どもの貧困や学びの保障に関わる教育的課題を解決するための政策を提案することである。\n研究の結果としては，沖縄県の子どもの貧困状態は改善されているが未だ途上であること。子どもの貧困と学力には明らかな因果関係があること。初等教育から高等教育にわたって教育格差が広がっていること。一方で，貧困解決政策や学力向上政策の実施，学校環境の整備，さらには，いじめ・不登校・非行の防止策等の実践により，課題解決に向かっている分野があることも明らかになった。\n最後に，地域政策や教育政策を研究する者として，未だ解消されていない子どもの貧困や学びの保障に関わる教育的課題を解決するため，新たな政策や既存政策の見直しと政策間の連携について具体的に提案する。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"旭川大学保健福祉学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12396607","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18837247","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"水野,
