University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"少子高齢社会を迎え，『新たな医療のあり方を踏まえた医師・看護師等の働き方ビジョン』（厚生労働省，２０１７）から，これからの社会経済環境の変化に対応できる医療職の働き方が検討されている。特に医療の疲弊と衰退は，特に地方や過疎地域（以下，地方）深刻な問題でありその対策が急がれ，そこにおける看護師の役割も見逃してはならない。本研究は，学生時代の様々な経験が将来の看護師像に影響を与えるとした先行研究から，２０１８年８月道東根室圏域への２泊３日の見学及び体験を伴う自主参加による体験学習を実施，その後本企画に賛同した看護大学生２年生５名の体験を半構造的フォーカス・グループ・インタビューで得た内容を質的に分析した。逐語録より１５８のコードを抽出，そのうち看護学生の感じ取った内容に係る１０９コードを研究の対象とした。その結果，【地方は不便で劣ったイメージ】【不意な契機から地方に興味・関心が突起される】【地方や地域の実態がみえ考えはじめる】【都市の医療を求め土地を離れる人々がいる】【地方の医療の衰退に気づく】【地方を知ってもらい対策を共に考える】の６カテゴリーが抽出され，地方における体験学習の効果から，地方医療への課題を考察した。本研究は大学倫理委員会の承認を得て実施した。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"旭川大学保健福祉学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12396607","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18837247","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"泉澤,
