The purpose of this study is to propose a new classification of theories on this obligation.\nWhile prior research has covered the subject, I will attempt to add a new perspective.\nFor this perspective, I will highlight the normative nature of the Constitution and the obligation of the nation state. Furthermore, I will apply a “strict constitutional interpretive theory” to the question of constitutionality.\nConsequently, I hope to clarify several questions surrounding the “obligation to work” and enrich the legal study of universal basic income.
