介護福祉士養成新カリキュラムに伴う指導教育に関する研究 A study on instruction education with the care worker training new curriculum 宮下, 史惠 ミヤシタ, フミエ 近藤, 亜弥 コンドウ, アヤ Miyashita, Fumie Kondo, Aya The purpose of this paper is to examine the teaching methods of the persons who completed the training course for nursing care worker practical training instructor and explore the problem. As a result, care workers are required to support life support and staff according to the mental and physical condition based on the grounds.
