| 内容記述 | The Japanese history on food education is overviewed in this paper. Although many preceding studies of educational practice implemented already, the survey is revealed that various practices are needed yet. The authors performed two practices of food education under the area cooperation between Junior College of Asahikwa University and Nagayama Higashi Elementary School. The college students guided the second-year students of the elementary school in cooking training, the 3rd-year students through cultivation to cooking training. In the results, these practices of area cooperation are effective in food education, and they should be necessity to continuing. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 現代の日本における食育の重要性を歴史的に概観した。多くの教育実践の先行研究がなされているが、未だに多様な食育の実践が必要であることが判明した。本論文では、食育の実践として、大学（短期大学含む）と小学校の地域連携でおこなったものを示した。実践では、大学生が小学校の２年生で調理実習を、３年生では栽培から調理実習までを通したものをおこなった。その結果、食育における連携が有効であることがわかり、今後も実践を継続していく必要性があるであろう。 | |||||
